A new worldwide community — curated, creative, different. And this time, from Europe
We started LYNQ because we felt something was missing.
Every day, we walk past countless people — in our neighborhoods, in cafés, at events, or while traveling in unfamiliar cities. Many of them share our interests, our values, our creative passions. And yet, we rarely connect. Not because we don’t want to — but because the spaces for meaningful, respectful connection have quietly disappeared.
LYNQ exists to change that.
We are a curated social network for artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs — built to reconnect people with the world around them, locally and globally. Not louder. Not faster. But more intentional.
LYNQ launched less than a year ago. Today, more than 17,000 members are already part of the community, primarily in European and U.S. cities such as London, Berlin, Paris, Milan, New York, and Düsseldorf. We grow where cultural diversity, creative energy, and entrepreneurial spirit naturally come together.
We are not another platform for self-promotion — and very deliberately not a dating app. At the heart of LYNQ are people with creative drive, entrepreneurial ambition, or cultural influence who want to exchange ideas, inspire one another, and build things together.
Our approach is simple: connect digitally to enable real-life impact.
Members share new work, projects, and ideas, discover relevant events, or join Circles — curated groups around art, design, fashion, film, music, or technology. From there, conversations begin. Collaborations follow. And often, real-world encounters happen naturally — without staging, without pressure.
In today’s platform landscape, we consciously position LYNQ between worlds. Existing social networks often feel either too loud and unfiltered — or functional, but distant. Dating apps follow a completely different intention and are not designed for open, non-romantic connections. Conferences can be inspiring, but they happen only once or twice a year, while traditional members’ clubs are often prohibitively expensive.
LYNQ closes this gap: curated, human, and built for meaningful connection.
Behind LYNQ is a small, highly focused team, supported by artificial intelligence. This allows us to build with care, clarity, and ambition — without copying the logic of the large platforms from Silicon Valley.
LYNQ is led by Marcel Vandieken — an artist himself, formerly co-leading a PE-backed digital agency, and today Managing Partner of one of Europe’s fastest-growing strategy and technology consultancies. That unique combination of creative thinking, entrepreneurial drive, and technological understanding is deeply embedded in everything we build.
As our founder puts it:
“I’ve seen again and again how much becomes possible when creative minds, entrepreneurial thinking, and technological expertise come together. LYNQ is our attempt to make that connection possible — openly, respectfully, and on equal footing.”
Curation is central to everything we do. Not everyone is automatically part of LYNQ — and there is zero tolerance for disrespectful behavior. We protect what many people feel is missing from social networks today: trust.
Our community reflects that intention.
Artists, art collectors, fashion designers, actors, classical ballet dancers, entrepreneurs, musicians, creatives from advertising and media, and well-known faces from the media world are part of LYNQ — alongside people who prefer to work quietly in the background. What connects them is openness, creative curiosity, and the desire for genuine exchange.
At a time when big platforms are optimized for attention and time spent, we consciously choose the opposite: relevance over reach, quality over scale, connection over followers.
LYNQ is not a coincidence.
It is a deliberately European project.
From Europe, for the world.
We have deep respect for what has been built beyond Europe. Many of the platforms that shaped the digital world came from the U.S. and elsewhere — and they changed how we connect, create, and communicate.
At the same time, we truly believe that Europe has the talent, the creativity, and the values to help shape what comes next in social and technological innovation.
But that future doesn’t build itself.
It takes people who are willing to step forward.
Who connect with intention.
Who choose to build something better — together.
LYNQ is our contribution to that idea.
A place for people who want to create.
And for connections that last.
